I wrote a few days ago that Sony was going to be releasing a new Playstation Store that was to rival Microsoft’s, but apparently we’re going to have to wait a little bit longer.
The Playstation blog has told people not to expect any updates today. A bit frustrating to Sony customers since the new store seems so much hipper and user friendly. Apparently the only hold up is a search function for users to navigate with. Something it definitely needs but you’ll still be able to search for any and all titles in alphabetical order.
Naturally the store is still open and will take your money. A walkthrough video will be available next week to learn the navigation and see all the action that takes place inside of the store. Screen shots are available at the bottom of the PS blog.
